Millennials are not the only generation currently entering the workforce. Generation Z, or people born after the year 1994, are finishing college and looking for jobs. Although very similar to the Millennials, Gen Z is its own group of young workers that require different needs. They have a completely different approach to diversity, communication, technology and benefits than their previous generations, and it is time for employers to start thinking about this approach as they begin to hire and attempt to retain Gen Zs in their companies.
